Error creating account after first cancelling signup - reserved username?

    Hi BN,

    There are two possibilities when you see "Username taken".

    (1) The username has already been claimed by someone else.
    (2) The username was locked temporary from an unconfirmed signup.

    If you believe you are experiencing the second option, I would encourage you to try again, and give it 15 minutes after you see the "Username taken" notification.

    If the problem persists, please send an email to for us to look into the issue further.
