On November 15 Peerio users who haven't signed in since the release of our new file system this summer will have their files unshared with anyone they were shared with. If you're seeing this message it means that some of the files you were sent on Peerio are from users who have not signed in since this important update was released.
On the desktop version of Peerio you can identify these files by looking for the Pending tag in your files tab.
On the mobile app you can tap the menu icon to the right of the file name to see if a file is pending.
These files will be updated to the new file system and reshared automatically when the user(s) who sent them to you sign into Peerio. If the sender no longer uses Peerio or is not able to sign in, you can download the file to your device then upload it back to Peerio to keep a copy of it. Make sure to do this for any important files marked pending before November 15, 2018.
